Additional Notes

Casket Dimensions:

  • If the deceased exceeds the standard dimensions of a casket (height/weight), additional charges will apply.


Church Services:

  • May be added for an additional $100.00.


Items Not Included (available at additional cost):

  • Wake Service, Newspaper Notices, Death Certificates, Additional Funeral Programs, Additional Limousines, Police Escort, Minister, Musicians, Additional Floral Arrangements, Cemetery Fees, and Vault. Local and state taxes apply to merchandise only.



Mileage Charges:

  • Additional mileage charges will apply for transfers, ceremonies, and interments beyond a 35-mile radius from city limits.
